Cyber Security - Renewal Specialist

Make outbound calls to an existing customer base to sell subscription based renewals. Upsell our products and services to existing customers. Network with existing customers to gain lead referrals. Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues. Build proposals in our Salesforce CRM and follow up with customers. Consistently apply the Salesforce CRM tools to manage activity, forecast business and process orders. Contribute to the team’s quota.
