**The work**

As a **Data Science Project Manager** you will lead strategic planning and coordination for enterprise-level data initiatives. You will oversee the development of a comprehensive data strategy, a data governance framework, organizational change management plans, and the establishment of a scalable data science environment.

**Responsibilities**

• Partner with stakeholders to lead a full data inventory effort
• Drive the development of data strategy and governance plans
• Guide organizational change management activities

**What you need**

• 8 years of experience managing federal projects
• Proven experience integrating data science into federal programs
• Strong understanding of AI policy, governance, and ethics
• Experience leading cross‑sector collaboration and long-term strategic planning
• Ability to translate between technical and policy domains to enable mission success

**Bonus if you have**

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience leading intelligence-focused programs
• Strength in connecting technical solutions with policy and mission needs

**Clearance**

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required
