Delivery Driver

We’re a locally owned Domino’s store in Stokes Valley and we’re looking for our next Delivery Driver!

We’ve got a great team and we’re after someone reliable, keen to get stuck in, and happy to be part of a team where everyone lends a hand.

This is a permanent position, so we’re looking for someone who can stick around throughout the school or uni year as well as during the holidays. We’re hiring for the Christmas and New Year period, so availability over the summer is a must!

We’re opening applications now, with the successful applicant expected to start in mid November. Please keep this timeframe in mind when applying!

As Stokes Valley is a smaller store, we are only hiring for a part time role. This role would suit someone looking for part-time work alongside school, university, or other commitments.

As a guide, we're expecting to offer approximately

High school students: 6–9 hours per week.

University students: 12–18 hours per week for those who can work the later evening shifts finishing after 10pm.

These hours are estimates and may vary depending on business needs and your availability.

Friday/Saturday availability and availability during the Christmas and New Year holiday period are non negotiable. We need someone we can rely on during these key times, so please make sure you can commit to both before applying.

Full training is provided, so no experience is needed. Just a good attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn!

What we’re looking for:

A full New Zealand Class 1 driver’s licence. Applicants with a restricted licences will be considered but offered hours may vary.

Flexible and reliable availability across the week.

Availability to work most Fridays/Saturdays and during the Christmas and New Year holiday period.

For university students seeking 12–18 hours per week, availability for later evening shifts finishing after 10pm.

A safe, road-legal vehicle.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where things get busy.

Decent knowledge of the Stokes Valley area.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering pizzas safely and on time to customers.

Helping with customer service in store and on the road.

Taking cash and EFTPOS payments.

Making, cutting and boxing pizzas.

Food prep and general cleaning.

Helping us keep the store clean, organised, and running smoothly.

Pay: $23.95 per hour
