Situated on the waterfront of Wynard Quarter right across from the Team Emirates New Zealand. You will find a new culinary experience in every detail, Park Hyatt hotels provide an experience of sophisticated, contemporary luxury.
We are looking for passionate chefs who share the same goals of wanting to create local, elegant, and wholesome food. Work in some great kitchens and learn something new.
Qualifications:
Qualified culinary degree/certificate or practical experience of 2 or more years.
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
Safe and accurate knife skills
Work experience in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands
Keeps up with cooking trends and best practices.
Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service.
Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
