About the role
We are seeking a Full-Time Stewarding Team Member to join our culinary team in a luxury hotel environment. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas, operating dishwashing equipment, and supporting chefs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas
Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all kitchen utensils, crockery, and equipment are cleaned to a high standard
Support chefs and kitchen teams as required
Follow all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene procedures
About you
Previous experience in hotel stewarding, kitchen hand duties, or a similar hospitality environment (preferred)
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and safe kitchen practices
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong teamwork skills and commitment to maintaining high standards
Flexible and available to work a variety of day or night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
