What You'll Be Doing

As Operations Manager, you will

Lead and develop an engaged operational workforce, creating a positive, accountable and safety-focused culture.

Ensure outstanding customer service delivery through effective planning, resource management and operational execution.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and service levels.

Manage operational budgets and deliver against agreed financial targets.

Support and implement business change initiatives and strategic projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

Champion a Safety First culture, promoting safe working practices across all operational activities.

Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives.

Proven experience leading operational teams within a fast-paced environment.

Experience managing budgets and delivering against financial targets.

Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements and managing change.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Experience ensuring compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.

Ability to balance customer expectations with operational performance and commercial objectives.
