Director, Business Systems

Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the Director, Business Systems is responsible for managing a team of people who drive the sales and service business processes and alignment of technology to support the business in its goals. Develop and maintain a system roadmap aligned with business priorities. Lead the team to deliver standard methodologies, agility and strong user adoption. Drive operational excellence in our direct sales & channel routes-to-market. Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents business needs. Evaluates, implements & supports technology in partnership with the business and IT.
