What you’ll do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take orders accurately and prepare coffee, beverages, and food to Tim Hortons standards.
- Support counter and drive-thru service, keeping orders moving while maintaining quality.
- Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow food safety procedures, including temperature checks, product labelling, and safe food handling.
- Communicate with teammates and shift leaders to help each shift run smoothly.
