We are looking for an experienced and results-driven functional consultant whose primary focus will be to successfully manage and convert opportunities into real projects, driving the sales process from initial engagement to contract closure. In addition, you will play an active role in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing solutions — evaluating customers’ business requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications. Working closely with stakeholders, sales teams, end users, and the technical team, you will ensure the efficient configuration, customization, and roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, aligning them with the organization’s goals.Â
