ECT / Newly Qualified Primary Teacher
Aspire People are currently recruiting Early Career Teachers and newly qualified Primary Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

The Role
- \ Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- \ Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- \ Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
- \ Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high expectations
- \ Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
- \ Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff
- \ Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
The Ideal Candidate
\ Holds QTS or is an Early Career Teacher working towards completing their ECT induction
\ Recent experience teaching within a primary school
\ Good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
\ Confident classroom management skills
\ Enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
\ Strong communication and organisational skills
\ A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
