Responsibilities
As an *Electrical
Supervisor* , you will lead and support a team of electricians, ensuring
electrical maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the
highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- include:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians.
- Plan and oversee daily electrical maintenance
- activities.
- Complete maintenance activities in accordance
- with strict safety and quality procedures.
- Lead electrical fault-finding, troubleshooting
- and repairs.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and
- in accordance with project requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture across
- the team.
- Support training, mentoring and development
- of team members.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and
- workplace safety requirements.
- Your Profile
To be successful
- in this role, you will have:
- Previous Team Leader or Electrical Supervisor
- experience.
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology or
- equivalent
- NSW Electrical Contractor Licence.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting
- skills.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing,
- heavy maintenance, automation or rolling stock environments.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving
- skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- and under a rotating shift roster.
- Rail industry experience is highly regarded
- but not essential.
- PayRate: $71.50/hr + Super + Penalties (
Loading when applicable )
*Rotating roster
:* Day Shift - 5 AM -
4 PM; Night Shift - 4 PM - 3 AM
*Pre-Employment
Requirements:* After
a successful interview, you will be required to complete. Category 1 Rail
Medical, Police Check, Standard pre-employment checks.
