About the role
You'll be working with professional concrete grinding equipment across a variety of commercial and industrial flooring projects. We're looking for someone who already understands the industry, takes pride in their work, and can be trusted to get the job done properly.
Key responsibilities
Work with professional concrete grinding equipment on commercial and industrial flooring projects
Perform concrete grinding, polished concrete, and floor preparation work
Work on projects throughout New Zealand when required
Work unsupervised and take responsibility for work quality
Travel throughout New Zealand for selected projects
About you
Minimum 2 years' experience in concrete grinding, polished concrete, floor preparation, or a similar flooring role
Physically fit and comfortable working in a demanding, hands-on environment
Able to work unsupervised and take responsibility for your work
Flexible with working hours, including nights and weekends when projects require it
Willing and able to travel throughout New Zealand for certain projects
Good spoken and written English
Full New Zealand Driver Licence – essential
HT/Heavy Vehicle licence is a bonus
Reliable, punctual and safety conscious
* Good attitude and able to work effectively as part of a team
