About the role

We are seeking experienced Deckhands and Factory Hands for our deep-sea crews. You will help keep operations safe and productive, working on deck or processing catch in the onboard factory.

For this role, you’ll need:

Proven experience in a deck or factory role at sea.

Knowledge of deck operations or fish processing.

Physical and mental resilience for work at sea.

Teamwork, self-discipline and attention to detail.

A strong commitment to safety and quality.
