What We’re Looking For

While experience requirements will vary depending on the level of opportunity, we’re keen to connect with people who bring:

Experience within civil construction, structures or major infrastructure

Strong technical and project delivery capability

A practical, solutions-focused approach to construction

An understanding of health and safety, quality, programme and commercial performance

The ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Relevant tertiary engineering or construction qualifications appropriate to the role

For senior opportunities, demonstrated experience leading complex projects, teams and commercial outcomes

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who want to grow with us in Canterbury. We offer relocation assistance and support to those wanting to relocate to Canterbury.
