We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Farm Labourer to join our dynamic agricultural team. Duties

Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and techniques

Operate irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution across fields

Support horticultural activities such as pruning, planting, and soil preparation to promote healthy plant growth

Handle heavy lifting tasks involving bags of supplies, soil, or harvested produce safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency on the farm

Support gardening projects by planting, weeding, mulching, and caring for various plants as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience or interest in horticulture, gardening, or farming is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in outdoor environments

Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, pruners, hoes, and rakes

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Must be willing to work flexible hours. Early mornings, weekends, on call.

Start date March 15th 2027

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
