We're seeking experienced Frame & Truss Manufacturing Workers to join our team onsite in our Auckland plants supplying major projects across New Zealand. These are long-term opportunities offering consistent hours, competitive rates, and the chance to work with a supportive and professional team.

About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality timber wall frames, roof trusses, and structural components for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble timber wall frames, roof trusses, and structural components to production drawings
• Operate nail guns, clamp machines, and other factory equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications
• Work to production schedules and meet strict deadlines
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and required tolerances
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
• Contribute positively within a team-focused culture

What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a frame and truss manufacturing environment
• Confidence using nail guns, clamps, and other production machinery
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality requirements
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently under pressure

Essential Requirements

• Valid New Zealand Driver's Licence
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Ability to commit to 40+ hours per week
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team
• Recent and contactable work references
