Our goal is to help participants understand spoken French, communicate clearly, and build confidence using the language in everyday situations.

About the role

This is a flexible contract opportunity. Hours and compensation are flexible and will be agreed upon based on the number of participants, lesson format, and scope of instruction.

Scheduling and lesson frequency can be arranged around the instructor’s availability and learners’ needs. Lessons may include individual instruction or small-group sessions.

Responsibilities include:

Assessing each learner’s starting level and learning goals.

Helping learners improve pronunciation, vocabulary, and understanding of spoken French.

Providing practical exercises to reinforce learning between sessions.

Offering constructive feedback and tracking progress.

Experience teaching or tutoring French, preferably as a second language.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt lessons to different learning levels.

A patient, encouraging teaching style.

Strong organization, communication, and reliability.

* A teaching qualification, French-language degree, or relevant language-instruction certification would be an asset.

We welcome inquiries from qualified teachers, experienced tutors, and French-language instructors interested in a flexible arrangement.
