Summary:

We are seeking experienced Front of House team members to join our dynamic team at Sugarloaf - Flockhill's 2 hat restaurant. This seasonal full-time role is essential for delivering exceptional service in our operation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests, ensuring that all food and beverage services are executed to the highest standards.

We are also looking for an experience Bar tender

• Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is required in a luxury or 5 star environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
