ABOUT THE COMPANY
EROAD is a Kiwi tech success story, a global fleet management technology company dual-listed on the NZX and ASX and growing fast across New Zealand, Australia, the Philippines and the USA. As it drives a major supply chain transformation across its AUS, NZ and North America operations, it's looking for a Global Demand & Inventory Planner to help lead that change.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role owns demand planning, forecasting and inventory strategy across three regions, reporting directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Lead demand planning and forecasting across NZ, Australia and North America
Shape inventory strategy and own inventory reporting at a global level
Run cross-functional planning discussions, influencing stakeholders across commercial, supply chain and operational teams
Work closely with the sales team to translate pipeline and market insight into accurate forecasts
Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering and Operations to align supply with demand
Manage the role remotely across regions, with no regular travel required
Where relevant, engage with contract manufacturers on production schedules and scheduling decisions
WHAT YOU NEED
We're looking for someone who brings the following to the table.
5+ years in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP or a similar supply chain planning role
Strong analytical ability, with experience using Salesforce, ERP, Excel, Power BI or similar planning tools
A track record leading cross-functional planning conversations and influencing commercial, supply chain and operational stakeholders
Confidence building relationships directly with sales teams to shape and sharpen forecasts
A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach, comfortable working with ambiguity
Direct contract manufacturer management experience, negotiating with CMs and managing production schedules, or general supply/demand planning experience with exposure to manufacturing
Background in technology, hardware, manufacturing or logistics environments is a plus
