Head of Partnerships & Engagement

The Role

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the leadership team, the Head of Partnerships & Engagement owns partnerships, sponsorship revenue, events and member engagement. You will connect with the right people at the right level, secure commercial partnerships that fund a strong events programme, and lead a team that keeps members engaged and renewing.

Key Responsibilities

Secure, negotiate and renew sponsor and partner agreements

Manage partner relationships to deliver agreed value and obligations

Map and grow networks of senior decision makers and influencers

Shape a commercially viable events calendar, from concept to budget

Oversee event delivery, including vendors, venues and speakers

Lead member services, including engagement and renewals

Contribute to strategy and set the team's annual work programme

Lead, coach and develop a team

Key Skills & Experience Required

Proven track record securing revenue through sponsors and partners

Strong negotiator, confident reading and reviewing commercial agreements

History of delivering revenue, margin and profit targets

Credible with senior decision makers and influencers

Experienced people leader and coach

Events, partnerships or engagement background highly regarded within professional services
