GET A DRIP

Skilled Worker, A ratingPosted 1 week ago

Job Description

About the role

You will be working as part of a clinic team delivering a best in class preventative health service. This role is the key role in the clinic, delivering a high end, premium experience that the member will remember and want to tell their friends about. During the appointment, you will be the face of the clinic, greeting the member and taking them through their new journey with us. You will conduct a comprehensive health assessment and record every data point accurately and consistently, with genuine warmth, and hand a clean record to the doctor. You do not interpret results, and you do not deliver treatment; your job is to make the data reliable and the visit a world class experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the members first appointment end to end ensuring the experience is 5-star.
  • Ensure all results are captured and recorded accurately.
  • Keep utilisation at its standard without making the member feel rushed.
  • Maintain equipment: daily QA checks, calibration logs, escalate faults immediately and switch to backup kit so the day never stops.
  • Cover front of house on rotation: phones, arrivals, the waitlist, and rebooking conversations to the agreed standard.
  • Follow infection control, safeguarding, chaperone and consent procedures without exception.

Requirements

Essential

Competent, current phlebotomist. There is no trainee band: you must arrive able to take blood well.

Experience as a healthcare assistant, phlebotomist or equivalent in a clinical setting (private screening, NHS Band 3 to 4, private clinic).

Comfortable with technology and structured protocols.

Genuinely member service-minded: warm, unflappable, precise. You will be the first and last person every member meets.

Adaptable and resilient with the ability to multitask.

Desirable

Experience in five-star hospitality or premium consumer health.

Knowledge and passion for preventative health and wellness.

Second language.

What we offer

Get A Drip Staff training credit to spend on drips and boosters, up to the value of £2,760 per annum.

22 days per annum, which rises by one additional day per full completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days, plus 8 bank holiday days which are added to your leave entitlement which can be taken throughout the year at your request (as clinics remain open on bank holidays with the exception of Christmas day).

Auto-enrolment pension scheme.

Exclusive perks via Perkbox.

Get A Drip is moving from start‑up to scale‑up, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that journey. We’re disrupting the way preventative healthcare is delivered, building, improving and evolving constantly and we want team members who are energised by growth, change, positive impact and possibility.

Working here isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. You’ll thrive with us if you enjoy:

A fast‑moving environment  where priorities evolve as we grow

Taking initiative  and solving problems without waiting for instruction

Building and improving  processes, systems and ways of working

Wearing different hats  and stepping outside your job description when needed

Owning your work  and being accountable for outcomes

Comfortable with being challenged  and with challenging back

Collaborating closely  with a small, committed team

Learning continuously  as we introduce new tools, systems and ideas

And you may not enjoy it if you prefer

  • Predictable routines
  • Clear, unchanging structures
  • A narrow, fixed job description
  • Slow decision‑making
  • A highly established corporate environment
  • If you’re excited by growth, pace and possibility — and you want to help people live healthier for longer — we’d love to hear from you.
