About The Community

Rorketon School is a Kindergarten to Grade 12 school approximately 3 hours northwest of Winnipeg and 1 hour northeast of Dauphin. The school has a student population of 75 students with a teaching staff of 8 and 14 support staff members.

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Education Degree and valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for)
• A sound knowledge of provincial curricula
• Previous teaching experience
• A sound knowledge and experience with school-based technology
• Strong classroom management skills
• Knowledge of Indigenous Way of Life (considered an asset)
• Experience working in a northern community (considered an asset)
