**HOA Property Management Assistant**

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented **HOA Property Management Assistant** to support our HOA management team. This role involves both administrative duties and on-site responsibilities at various HOA communities. Must know what a balance sheet is. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, knows basic accounting and comfortable working independently in the field.

**Position Details:**

  • **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • **Location:** Based in-office with regular travel to HOA properties
  • **Employment Type:** Full-time
  • **Pay:** $17.00 to $20.00 an hour (Based on experience and qualifications)

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist HOA Managers with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and address concerns professionally
  • Prepare and manage HOA documents, meeting notices, and violation letters
  • Attend and assist with HOA board meetings (note-taking, setup, etc.)
  • Conduct property inspections, take photos of violations, and tag vehicles as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors on-site
  • Process maintenance work orders and follow up on completion
  • Maintain organized records and digital files
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage front desk operations
  • Run office errands and manage mail, supplies, and correspondence

**Requirements:**

  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable using office equipment and basic software tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
  • Background check required upon hiring

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Experience in property management or HOA administration
  • Familiarity with HOA rules, CC&Rs, and community operations
  • Quickbooks and Book Keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
