Job Description

Duties included

Lead small teams in orchard tasks such as pruning and thinning, maintenance of the farm and building structure
Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress
Assist the Orchard manager in planning orchard work activities
Train new workers on orchard procedures
Ensure work is completed to quality standards
Report issues to the Orchard Manager or Director
Assist with harvest coordination and bin placement, team allocation, contractors supervision
Monitoring the productivity and performance of the orchard staff
* Support health and safety compliance
Requirements- Qualification in Level 4 or 2 years of relevant experience in horticulture
