**Position Title:** Hotel Services Team Leader – Maldon Campus

**Classification:** GN1

**Salary per hour:** $37.19 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

**Employment Type:** Ongoing part-time 24 hours per fortnight (up to 72 hours relieving Team Leader at the Castlemaine Campus as required)

**Award:** Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025

**Role description**

Dhelkaya Health is seeking applications for a Team Leader who will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and coordination of Maldon Campus Hotel Services, actively supporting and leading staff to meet Dhelkaya Health values.

The position also undertakes operational duties as required as part of the Hotel Services Team, ensuring effective service delivery across all support service areas.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Provide daily coordination and oversight of Hotel Services at the Castlemaine Campus
• Arrange staff replacement for Linen and Supply areas and assist with sick leave cover across Environmental and Food Delivery Services
• Manage linen orders, weekly supply stock orders, and end-of-month reporting
• Assist with deliveries and invoice receipting in the Supply Department as required
• Support recruitment, selection, induction, and onboarding of Hotel Services staff
• Coordinate and assist with annual performance appraisals and staff competency maintenance
• Deliver new equipment training and ongoing education in hand hygiene and donning and doffing practices
• Conduct cleaning audits and liaise with external auditors, reporting outcomes to the Hotel Services Manager
• Ensure compliance with WHS, chemical safety, and audit requirements, including maintenance of schedules, checklists, and Safety Data information
• Participate in evaluating and recommending equipment, chemicals, and supplies within budget
• Participate in the resolution of corrective action requests related to Support Services
