Housekeeper and Accommodation support

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position allocated, responsibilities may include

• Seasonal Staff Accommodation
• Daily cleaning of shared kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, laundry facilities, common areas, and outdoor spaces
• Ensuring accommodation facilities remain well-stocked and welcoming for our seasonal workers
• Reporting maintenance issues or concerns promptly
• Preparing accommodation for incoming workers and assisting with room turnovers
• Running errands and helping with general support tasks as required
• Assisting with stock monitoring and replenishment
• Accommodation Set-Up and Pack-Down
• Assisting with the set-up of accommodation sites before the harvest season begins
• Assisting with end-of-season cleaning and pack-down activities
• Packhouse Facilities

One of the roles will also be responsible for

• Cleaning the office, packhouse kitchen, lunchroom, and toilet facilities
• Setting up tea and coffee stations for packhouse staff as required
• Cleaning and restocking tea and coffee areas
• Completing daily staff laundry requirements
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for staff throughout the season
• What we're looking for:

Full driver's licence

Reliable

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or practical work experience

Physically fit

Be confident working independently and managing your own workload

Good problem-solving skills and initiative

Highly Flexible and willing to help where needed.

Someone who has the potential to return back to another season.

Hours:

The position requires someone to work 3 full days and 3 half days and involves sharing job with another housekeeper. Most days start around 8:00am.

Applicants must be available for accommodation set-up in early December and pack-down in late January/early February. Access to your own vehicle may be required.
