We're looking for f uture-focused, innovative and commercially orientated HR Business Partners across Manager and Senior Manager level to drive our HR strategy and elevate our employee experience across some of our business units. Due to some internal moves and promotions, we have exciting opportunities to join the team and make a real impact.

You will be passionate about driving business outcomes through people, with an ability to sense the needs of the business and nous to drive pragmatic strategies which deliver results. You will be accountable for providing our business with strategic HR advice whilst ensuring we are operationally excellent and service orientated and, depending on level, either operate as an individual contributor or lead and develop a team to deliver against our HR Strategy.

What will your typical day look like?

Every day brings new opportunities to influence, advise, and lead. As a trusted partner to the business, you’ll work directly with senior leaders, providing strategic and operational guidance and hands-on support across all facets of HR. Your impact will be across the talent lifecycle including workforce planning, performance experience, reward and recognition, employee relations, leadership and learning and diversity, equity and inclusion etc. You will also contribute to and support the broader firmwide HR strategy and initiatives.

**You may have all or some of the following skills / experience:**

A strong HR Business Partnering background who can build strong stakeholder relationships

Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior and executive leaders

Experience delivering innovative HR solutions in fast-paced environments

Commercially aware and focused on driving business outcomes

Skilled in managing complex employee relations with confidence and impact

Understanding of reward and remuneration principles and their application in business decisions

Passionate about coaching and developing leaders, with experience leading HR teams to deliver impact

Strong analytical skills, leveraging Excel and data to generate actionable insights
