Our Hygiene team in Ingleburn is growing, and we're looking for motivated, reliable and hardworking Hygiene Process Operators to join us! If you're someone who takes pride in a job well done, puts safety first and enjoys hands-on work, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

At Huon, producing premium Australian salmon is about more than what's on the plate. It starts with a clean, safe and well-maintained processing environment. As part of our Hygiene team, you'll play an important role in maintaining the high standards that keep our operations running smoothly and our products at their best.

We're looking for casual team members with a current Australian forklift licence who are available to work Monday to Friday. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, learn new skills and be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing

• Cleaning and sanitising processing equipment and machinery to meet strict hygiene and food safety standards.
• Operating a forklift to move hygiene equipment, waste bins and cleaning supplies.
• Safely preparing and using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Keeping production areas, floors, drains, walls and workspaces clean and tidy.
• Assisting with equipment dismantling, cleaning and reassembly during routine and deep cleans.
• Completing hygiene records and checklists to support food safety compliance.
• Identifying and reporting hygiene, maintenance or safety concerns to the Hygiene Team Leader.
• Working alongside your teammates to maintain a clean, safe and audit-ready facility.
• What you'll bring

• A current Australian forklift licence (essential).
• The ability to undertake physical work, including lifting up to 15kg.
• Confidence working in a food processing, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
• A reliable, positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous cleaning, hygiene, manufacturing or processing experience will be highly regarded.
