Logistics Coordinator

The Opportunity

Based in our Hobart CBD office, you'll be part of a busy, collaborative team responsible for coordinating freight movements, managing bookings and keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

No two days will be the same! You'll work closely with internal teams, freight providers and external partners to solve problems, manage competing priorities and ensure our products reach their destinations efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep things moving – Coordinate end-to-end export freight bookings with airlines, freight forwarders and local transport providers.
• Solve problems – Navigate logistical challenges, respond to changing priorities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships – Be a key point of contact for internal teams and external freight partners.
• Find smarter ways – Review freight costs, identify savings and contribute to process improvements.
• Get the details right – Prepare and manage freight documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support the bigger picture – Assist with road and sea freight operations and work closely with Supply Planners to coordinate freight capacity and dispatch.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes ownership and knows how to get things done.

Ideally, you'll bring

• Experience in logistics, freight coordination, transport planning or a similar environment.
• Experience with airfreight operations or freight bookings would be a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Great attention to detail and confidence working with Excel and business systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• A positive, adaptable approach and a genuine interest in finding better ways of working.
• Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes initiative and stays calm when things don't go quite to plan!
