This is an excellent opportunity to inspire the next generation of digital thinkers and equip students with essential computing and problem-solving skills across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities

• \ Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum and exam specifications.
• \ Teach core topics such as programming, algorithms, computational thinking, and data representation.
• \ Foster digital literacy and a passion for technology in a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• \ Prepare students for assessments including GCSE Computer Science and related qualifications.
• \ Support extracurricular activities such as coding clubs, digital competitions, or IT workshops.

Requirements

• \ QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• \ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject.
• \ Experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 & KS4 (KS5 desirable).
• \ Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date awareness of digital trends.
• \ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
