Exciting opportunity to join a growing business based in Oxford as an IT Support Technician, offering up to £29,000 plus excellent benefits and career development opportunities
The role
As IT Support Technician, you'll be responsible for
- supporting internal customers with IT requests, managing / updating tickets
- troubleshooting day to day software, hardware and connectivity issues
- setting up computers, mobile devices and software
- escalating complex issues to senior members of the team
- maintaining records and documentations, as well as ensuring that IT equipment is stored/dispatched in efficiently
- About you
Applicants for the IT Support Technician role will have
- excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills with a friendly and helpful approach
- strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset suited to troubleshooting / fault finding
- familiarity (and ideally hands-on/office experience) with Windows 11, M365, Active Directory, Entra ID, cyber security, general networking
- * flexibility and willingness to work in an office based environment, and a valid driving licence for occasional travel to other sites
