Kitchen Assistant

Working Hours

Working days between Wednesday to Sunday.

Evening shifts: Between 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assisting chefs with daily food preparation.
• Preparing ingredients and organising kitchen workstations.
• Supporting the kitchen team during service.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and working areas.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assisting with closing and end-of-day kitchen procedures.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience 1+ year.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Reliability, punctuality and good teamwork skills.
• Attention to cleanliness and food safety.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
