Ladies Clothing Sales Associate

Haystacks Brand is a Northern Michigan designer and small batch manufacturer of Ladies Apparel with 8 Haystacks retail locations. We are looking for an independent, ambitious Sales Associate to grow and learn with Haystacks, and are offering a seasonal part time position at our Elk Rapids location.

Sales Associate positions at Haystacks are perfect for individuals who are quick learners, love fashion, are able to think on their feet, are comfortable working independently, are able to take on additional responsibilities as needed, and have excellent sales, customer service and people skills.

Abilities and Responsibilities

• Participate in the general operations of the store and help achieve sales goals
• Be able to maintain communication and take direction from Management and work as a team
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
• Customer service and sales skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
• Ability to communicate with customers, standing and maneuvering around sales and stockroom floors.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs., hang/fold merchandise, climb, reach, push/pull racks and fixtures, cleaning, stocking and all other duties usually performed by sales associates
