The Position

As the Accountant, you will play an important role in supporting accounting operations across multiple entities. You’ll be involved in month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, special projects, and helping maintain strong financial processes throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple companies

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities

Handle bank reconciliations and account analysis

Participate in accounting and operational improvement projects

Work closely with leadership and internal team members

Help strengthen processes, controls, and reporting accuracy

Provide timely financial information for decision-making

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of accounting experience

Background in real estate, property management, construction, or multi-entity accounting is a plus

Solid understanding of GAAP principles

Experience with QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar accounting systems

Strong Excel and analytical skills

High attention to detail with strong organizational ability

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
