**The Position**

As the Accountant, you will play an important role in supporting accounting operations across multiple entities. You’ll be involved in month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, special projects, and helping maintain strong financial processes throughout the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

------------------------

• Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple companies
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities
• Handle bank reconciliations and account analysis
• Participate in accounting and operational improvement projects
• Work closely with leadership and internal team members
• Help strengthen processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
• Provide timely financial information for decision-making

**What We’re Looking For**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Background in real estate, property management, construction, or multi-entity accounting is a plus
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles
• Experience with QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar accounting systems
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational ability
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
