What You’ll Be Doing

Review and manage tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts

Prepare and review complex returns with a strong focus on quality and strategy

Deliver proactive tax planning and advisory guidance to clients

Build trusted relationships as a year-round advisor

Mentor and develop staff accountants and seniors

Help improve internal processes, workflow, and efficiencies

Stay current on evolving federal and California tax law

Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm

What You Bring

Active CPA license preferred (or strong progress toward licensure)

8+ years of public accounting tax experience

Strong technical knowledge in business and individual taxation

Experience reviewing returns and managing deadlines

Leadership ability with a collaborative mindset

Excellent communication and client-facing skills
