About the Role

As Senior Auditor , you will lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion while serving as a trusted resource to clients, staff, and firm leadership.

This position blends technical accounting expertise, client interaction, and leadership in a way that keeps your work engaging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements from start to finish

Prepare and review financial statements and related workpapers

Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards

Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants and associates

Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Communicate directly with clients and build strong relationships

Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities

Support partners and managers with special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of public accounting audit experience

Strong knowledge of audit methodology, GAAP, and GAAS

Experience leading engagements and reviewing staff work preferred

CPA license or active progress toward completion preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized professional who can manage multiple priorities
