A respected property management company is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its growing accounting team. The Opportunity

As the Staff Accountant , you will play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. You’ll handle a variety of responsibilities including reconciliations, reporting, payables, receivables, and month-end support.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and being part of a company where accounting is truly appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close

Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis

Track income, expenses, and intercompany activity

Assist with internal financial reporting

Maintain accurate records and organized documentation

Partner with the Controller on process improvements and special projects

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Strong understanding of debits, credits, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting

Experience handling multiple accounts or entities preferred

High attention to detail and strong organizational ability

Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

* Property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus, but not required
