Support the creation and maintenance of data rooms and transaction documentation.

Undertake searches and online submissions through platforms including Companies House and Land Registry.

Ensure all activities comply with firm policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Support lawyers and partners with billing and matter administration.

Process expenses, payments, transfers and financial documentation.

Assist with WIP management and matter-related financial processes.

Review time entries and ensure correct matter allocation.

### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We're interested in candidates who can demonstrate

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience using document management or case management systems.

Excellent communication skills and a strong client service mindset.

The ability to work proactively, use initiative and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Professionalism, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the wider team.
