**We’re Hiring!**

We are currently looking to fill a **full-time, permanent position** for a **Line Lead** in our **Production Department** at our **Leamington ON Farms** facility.

**What You'll Do:**

• Delegate work to 10-20 employees on the packing lines including training, organizing, and delegating employees to meet the required performance levels.
• Review daily production orders and ensuring packs are completed according to pack instructions and customer specifications.
• Oversee the packing lines to ensure they are running efficiently; quickly troubleshooting issues to keep the lines moving.
• Ensure the lines are ready for packaging and are properly cleaned between each order.
• Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members while monitoring progress and providing guidance to ensure successful completion of assigned work.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or other safety equipment.
• Register Priva activities for the specific jobs for packers utilizing computers available at each line.
• Complete all related documentation and paperwork as required by management.
• Monitor line productivity against set targets and update the team’s output on whiteboards every hour.
• Support staffing needs by assisting with coverage during absences and providing additional support as required.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe at all times.
• Oversee the inventory of packaging materials and re-order as required.
• Report operational issues or delays to the Warehouse Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor for any employee relations issues for timely resolutions.
• Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

**What You Bring:**

• Experience working in a greenhouse/warehouse setting.
• Previous experience as a Line Lead is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional work environment.
• Demonstrates patience and respect while effectively directing employees, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under pressure and with tight, constantly changing deadlines.
• Spanish is an asset.

**What To Expect:**

• Fast paced warehouse environment where temperatures can be very hot, humid, moist or cold for most of the year.
• This is an active role, requiring time spent in the office as well as walking within the warehouse as needed, with occasional travel between phases.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of individuals from various backgrounds and cultures.
• Standard workdays are Monday-Saturday, with additional hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on production schedules.
• Ability to lift and carry items typically ranging from 10–50 kg (22–110 lbs), depending on role requirements.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching to perform tasks at varying heights or to reach items at floor level.
• Performing repetitive movements with hands, arms, or legs (e.g., packing, sorting, assembly, or machine operation).
• Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
