Our **Valuation Services** group supports companies who require reliable valuations for all manner of reasons including to underpin transactions, acquisitions or disposals, creating a joint venture, resolving shareholder disputes, investment valuations and various tax, accounting, and financial reporting reasons.

Whatever the challenge or business requirement, KPMG's valuation specialists deliver technically sound, commercially focused independent valuations for client needs.

**Your Opportunity – Senior Analyst/ Manager level**

Today more than ever, the experience, and insights of dedicated valuation professionals is needed to support our clients on the path to opportunity and success.

Hence, we are expanding our **Valuation Services** teams across Australia in **Brisbane.**

In these roles you will

• Analyse quantitative and qualitative information on companies, industries, and transactions to identify key performance metrics and value drivers.
• Prepare valuation reports outlining the analysis, key assumptions, and valuation findings.
• Review, build and interpret financial models for businesses or projects.
• Think critically, identify issues, and work with the team on deliverables and strategies.
• Consult with our clients regarding business performance, cash flow forecasts and prospects and understanding key valuation drivers.
• Use traditional and leading-edge valuation methodologies to determine the value of assets, equity, or debt instruments.

Our team sit within our **Deal Advisory** and **Infrastructure** group and has extensive experience in providing valuation advice in relation to transactions, reorganisations, disputes, litigations, financial reporting, restructurings, and funds.

• Recent and relevant experience working across valuations (of all types) or corporate finance in a corporate advisory environment.
• You will be a commercial, resilient, and enthusiastic team player with a positive work ethic and an open, curious mind which can help us enhance the way we work and bring creative solutions to our client’s problems.
• Strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) and report writing skills.
• Experience in excel-based financial assessment and advantageous if you have financial modelling capabilities.
• Ability to build robust relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple tasks/projects.

**Qualifications**

Suitable technical capabilities and accreditations having completed (or in progress to complete) relevant post-graduate studies (i.e., CA or CFA)
