Marketing Coordinator

About the role

You'll report to the Sales & Marketing Manager and work closely with the New Zealand Domestic Operations team. The role covers marketing, client sales and admin, so no two days are the same. This role is based in the Hamilton office, where you'll work alongside the team every day. Being on site makes it easy to collaborate, share ideas and get involved in everything that's going on.

Key responsibilities

Helping create print and digital marketing material, both in-house and with external suppliers and agencies

Doing graphic design for collateral, social media, reports and presentations

Building and looking after the image library with suppliers and partners

Managing collateral and branded stock, and putting together resources for clients and partners

Supporting sales and marketing campaigns, events and trade shows

Researching to support sales and marketing initiatives

Responding quickly to enquiries and turning them into bookings

Recommending suitable domestic and outbound tours, insurance and add-ons

Keeping the booking system and client CRM accurate and up to date

Managing payments, travel documents and pre- and post-tour communications

About you

You have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

You're organised, manage your time well and can juggle several priorities

You communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing

You have a creative eye. Design skills (e.g. Canva or Adobe) are an advantage

You're comfortable using systems, CRM and booking tools

You're a proactive team player with good commercial sense
