We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Auckland Engineering Team — someone who enjoys solving real problems, genuine technical challenges, practical thinking, working closely with customers to delivery high-quality outcomes, strong teamwork, getting the job done properly, and seeing their designs come to life in the workshop and on site.

What You'll Do
Mechanical design, calculations, and detailing for customer projects - from site measure-ups through to production drawings
Make sure designs stack up against relevant AS/NZS standards, with QA/QC sign-off before manufacturing
Support project scoping, tenders, procurement and customer site evaluations
Work closely with our manufacturing, construction, and commissioning teams to bring designs from paper to reality
Keep reporting sharp and data accurate across our digital platforms
Help drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the team
What You'll Bring
5+ years' experience in mechanical design and engineering
A track record of matching the right technical solution to the problem in front of you
Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Attention to detail and a "get it right before it goes to production" mindset
A collaborative, curious and innovative thinker not afraid ask questions
