We're looking for a Qualified Plant Mechanic to join our Rental Fleet team at Seven Hills as a Workshop Technician.

This is a hands-on workshop role working on Komatsu rental equipment, with a focus on machine diagnostics, maintenance and repairs. You'll be responsible for helping keep equipment in good working order and ready to return to our customers.

You'll work across a range of equipment and tasks, from fault finding and repairs through to machine inspections, reporting and supporting the movement of equipment through the rental lifecycle.

What you'll do

Diagnose, maintain and repair Komatsu rental equipment.

Complete machine testing, adjustments and fault finding.

Complete service, condition, warranty and PM documentation.

Support machine inspections, stocktakes and the Rental-to-Used process.

Work safely and maintain a high standard of quality and workmanship.

Roster: Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 3:36pm

Hourly Rate: $42.20 - $51.36 base p/h + super + allowances + overtime

Role Located: Seven Hills, NSW

What you'll bring

Qualified Mobile / Plant Mechanic trade qualification.

Previous experience working on mobile plant, heavy equipment or similar machinery.

Strong mechanical diagnostic and repair skills.

An open classification driver's licence.

The ability to work independently.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

A strong focus on safety and quality.
