**(5–7+ Years Australian Mortgage Lending or Operational Experience)**

As we grow, we’re seeking an experienced **Operations Lead** to own key operational functions, streamline processes, and work closely with the Director as a strategic partner in the business.

This is more than an administrative job. You’ll take responsibility for the full operational lifecycle — from pipeline management to client experience — and help shape the systems that let us scale with quality and control.
We’re looking for someone who is
- Experienced in mortgage operations or similar financial services workflows
- Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently
- Ready to step up into a senior functional role with real influence on how things run
**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
**Operational Leadership**
- Manage and optimise loan pipeline workflows — from submission to settlement
- Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and lender ready
- Oversee servicing processes and CRM/lending platform usage
**Process & Systems Improvement**
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Help document standard procedures and support future team growth
- Enhance consistency, accuracy, and turnaround times
**Client & Stakeholder Interaction**
- Be a senior operational point of contact for clients
- Liaise with lenders, brokers, and aggregator partners
- Maintain high standards of responsiveness and professionalism
**What We’re Looking For**
- 5–7+ years experience in mortgage lending operations or related finance operations
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and accuracy under pressure
- Initiative-driven with minimal supervision
- Confident communicator — both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based lending/CRM tools
- Cert IV in Finance/Mortgage Broking or equivalent experience advantageous
**Salary & Benefits**
- **Annual Salary:** **$90,000 – $130,000** (negotiable and subject to experience)
