\r\n\r\nJob Description\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe Opportunity:\r\n\r\nThis role is designed for ambitious, high-potential individuals looking to build a career in sales and commercial leadership within one of Canada's leading consumer packaged goods companies. Reporting directly to the Multi Unit Sales Director, you will work alongside senior sales leaders supporting some of Canada's largest and most recognizable restaurant brands. You'll gain hands-on experience across customer strategy, commercial planning, product innovation, financial analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership—all while building the foundation for future customer-facing sales opportunities.\r\n \r\n\r\nThis is more than an entry-level role. Applications received beyond that date are not guaranteed consideration.\r\n\r\n\r\nReason for vacancy:  Existing Headcount \r\nCompensation:  $59,000 – $87,000 CAD base pay annually plus annual short-term incentive\r\n \r\n\r\nThe above compensation reflects the target compensation for the position at the time of posting. The base salary offered may vary based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, education, training, job- related knowledge, and other organizational requirements. For part-time roles, salaries are adjusted according to scheduled hours.  In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in Maple Leaf’s annual short-term incentive plan. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSnapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAs a member of the Multi Unit Sales team, you will partner closely with the Multi Unit Sales Director and Multi Uni Sales Managers to support customer growth and execute strategic business initiatives.\r\n\tSupport the planning, execution, and follow-up of strategic customer meetings and business reviews.\r\n\tCollaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Revenue Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, Customer Fulfillment, and Finance to execute customer strategies and deliver winning solutions.\r\n\tParticipate in the development of new menu items and product innovation initiatives for key restaurant partners.\r\n\tBuild sales forecasts, analyze business performance, and develop recommendations that drive profitable growth.\r\n\tAnalyze shipment data, market trends, financial performance, pricing, promotional effectiveness, and new product launches to uncover business opportunities.\r\n\tDevelop customer insights and business stories that support strategic recommendations to both internal teams and customers.\r\n\tCoordinate cross-functional activities to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.\r\n\tSupport product launches through post-launch analysis, identifying learnings and opportunities for continuous improvement.\r\n\tPrepare materials and insights for customer presentations, executive business reviews and important internal meetings.\r\n\tImprove internal processes and tools that increase team effectiveness and maximize customer-facing time.\r\n\tCoordinate product samples for customer meetings, innovation sessions, and trade events.\r\n\tProvide support and coverage for Multi-Unit Sales Managers as required.\r\n\tSupport additional strategic projects and initiatives that contribute to the success of the Multi Unit Sales business.\r\n\tYou'll have the opportunity to work with some of Canada's largest and fastest-growing restaurant organizations, including:\r\n\tMcDonald's, Tim Hortons, A&W, Subway, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Recipe Unlimited, MTY, Popeyes, Pizza Pizza, Pizza Nova …and other leading national and regional restaurant partners.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSkills That You Will Develop\r\n\r\n\r\n\tThis role is intentionally designed to accelerate your commercial career.
