This position is offered as fixed term full time opportunity with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

About the opportunity
Responsible for the development, coordination and integration of clinical governance quality and safety activities and action plans within the Derby & Fitzroy Valley Health Service. The position encourages, assists and is involved in preparation for short notice assessment to ensure compliance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.
