Personal Assistant to Salesperson – Join Property Brokers!

Property Brokers, proudly 100% New Zealand owned and operated, is looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support one of our top-performing real estate agents for 20 hours per week (this is flexible for the right candidate).

About the Role

As a Personal Assistant, you'll be the vital link that keeps everything on track, providing exceptional administrative and client support to help grow the business of one of our leading salespeople, known for their strong sales results, professionalism, and dedication to client service.

Your day will include

•     Managing the administration side of listings, contracts, and marketing

•     Coordinating appraisals and client appointments

•     Maintaining databases and preparing marketing proposals

•     Proofing advertising and ensuring accuracy across all marketing channels

•     Liaising with solicitors, vendors, and purchasers

•     Overseeing digital platforms including PropertySuite and social media pages

•     Creating listing kits, open home packs, and client newsletters

•     Organising gifts and ensuring every client touchpoint reflects our Property Brokers pride

No two days will be the same, and that's just how you like it.

What You'll Bring

•     Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

•     Having your real estate licence isn't necessary but would be a bonus

•     Excellent written and verbal communication

•     Tech-savvy with confidence in digital tools and databases

•     A positive, can-do attitude and sense of humour

•     The ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly and efficiently

•     A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional client service

Real estate experience is an advantage, but not essential, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
