We're a team that rolls up our sleeves and gets things done together. As aProperty Manager, you'll be the trusted link between owners and tenants,ensuring homes are well cared for, and investments thrive. You'll bring heart,hustle, and a high standard of service to every interaction.

We're looking for someone to join our Whanganui team for a fixed-term of eight months, covering parental leave. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing your own portfolio of properties with care and professionalism.

Building lasting relationships with owners, tenants, and local contractors.

Overseeing marketing, tenant selection, rent reviews, and compliance.

Spotting maintenance issues early and making sure every property meets Healthy Homes standards.

Providing sound advice that helps owners grow and tenants feel at home.

Using modern tools like Palace, Tapi, Renti, and Office 365 to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

A year or more of property management experience (or solid real estate/customer service background).

Sharp organisation, clear communication, and calm under pressure.

A positive, growth-focused mindset and a love for helping people.

Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and local market (or willingness to learn).

* Ideally, a Level 4 Property Management qualification (or ready to earn it!).
