This role follows the rhythm of our seasonal business, with different priorities throughout the year. It offers genuine variety without competing demands occurring all at once.
About You
You may have experience in HR, administration, health & safety, compliance, quality assurance, or a related field. Relevant qualifications are welcomed but not essential.
We're looking for someone who:
Is highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
Enjoys supporting people & managers and building positive working relationships
Is proactive and follows tasks through to completion
Is self-motivated, reliable and naturally plans ahead
Has strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
Experience with horticulture, viticulture, seasonal hiring, GlobalG.A.P., GRASP, or health & safety systems would be advantageous but are not essential.
What We Offer
Permanent part-time role (27-32 hours per week)
Flexible hours and hybrid working available February-October
Individual training and development plans
A supportive, collaborative small team environment
Meaningful responsibility and opportunities to grow
As a highly seasonal business, greater on-site attendance is required from November to January when we support our seven-day harvest operation.
If you're someone who enjoys keeping systems organised, supporting people, and making sure important things get done, we'd love to hear from you.
