About the Opportunity

At the heart of every great workplace is a team that makes people feel supported, valued and connected. We're looking for a People Operations & Systems Advisor who shares that passion and enjoys bringing together people, processes and systems to create a seamless employee experience.

This is a diverse and rewarding role where you'll be involved in everything from payroll and HR systems to learning, reporting and continuous improvement. You'll join a collaborative People team that values relationships, innovation and making work better for everyone.

What you'll be doing

No two days look quite the same, but you'll spend your time:

Keeping payroll running smoothly and accurately

Providing trusted support to employees and leaders across the employee lifecycle

Managing and enhancing our HR systems and data

Supporting performance, remuneration and talent processes

Coordinating learning and development activities

Creating meaningful reports and insights that help inform decisions

Identifying smarter ways of working and driving process improvements

Partnering with stakeholders across HR, Finance and the broader business

What you'll bring

Have experience in HR operations, payroll, HR systems or a similar people-focused role

Experience working with HRIS platforms and data management

High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

A collaborative approach and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

Build positive relationships and communicate with confidence

Take ownership, show initiative and enjoy working collaboratively

Relevant HR qualifications will be highly regarded
